Across metro Melbourne we aim for 20–30 minutes on emergency callouts. Outer suburbs run longer. When you call we give you a real arrival window, not a guess.
When do I find out what it costs?
The job is quoted once it is finished, not at the callout. Until the technician has the lock in front of them, any number over the phone is guesswork — so we price the work that was actually carried out. You are told what is being done while it happens, and nothing beyond the original job gets started without your say-so.
Will you damage my door or lock?
Non-destructive entry is always the first approach. Drilling is a last resort, we tell you before we do it, and it only happens when the lock genuinely cannot be picked or bypassed.
Can you cut and program car keys?
Yes — cutting, transponder programming and remote pairing for most makes and models, done at the vehicle. Ring with the make, model and year so we bring the right blank.
Do you work weekends and public holidays?
Yes. 24 hours, 7 days, public holidays included. Nights and holidays carry an after-hours rate, which is included in the quote you get when the job is done.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — licensed, insured, and happy to show it. Ask the technician at the door. A locksmith who will not show a licence is not one to let near your locks.
